Our seaside escapes section is meant to represent those properties that are within 2 kilometers to beaches or typical seaside villages. Almost all of these properties have a sea view and are within walking distance to the water. These are the prime locations for those looking for a relaxing vacation directly in the Italian Riviera.

Private Villas & Farmhouses
Our private villas represents some of our larger and nicer properties. Most of these properties are antique villas that have been refurbished with all modern day comforts. This group of properties is meant for those travelling in larger groups and looking for a bit more privacy. Most of our villas are fairly close to shopping, restaurants, and local events.

City Apartments
Our city apartments section represents any of our apartments which are located in any of the major Italian cities. Although this is currently our smallest section we hope to have more to offer in the near future. Our goal is to obtain a nice group of high quality and central apartments for those who want to enjoy the true beauty and culture that only cities like Rome and Florence can offer.

Village Life
Our village life section represents our properties that are located in one of the many typical Italian villages that tourists usually run into while travelling throughout Italy. Most of the villages have small friendly populations and a few shops where local products are sold. This group of properties is meant for those who want to savour and immerse themselves in a true authentic Italian atmosphere.
