On the ground floor we have the master bedroom with private bathroom with bathtube ensuite , and a twin bedroom with private bathroom. On this floor guests can also relax in the jacuzzi bathtube 's room, a little spa conceived for memorable resting times.
On the first floor there is the living room with sofa , television, music and wifi dock station. Near the living room we have the fully equipped kitchen and a confortable dining room, big enough to host 10 people .
A peculiarity of the first floor is a glass sliding door , throughout which guests will step into a cosy junior suite , with a double bed and private bathroom with shower .
From the main entrance there is the direct access to the garden where an elegant relax area with pergola, chairs, and sunbeds is the perfect ambience to accomodate guests in every moment of the day. Swimming in the heated swimming pool is a lovely way to complete a rich and satisfactory dayout.

Lunigiana is rich of millennial traces of history, admirable in the churches and castles of the many villages of the area. Podenzana is one of this typical medieval hamlet, where turists can breath history everywhere, from the castle to the the sanctuary of Madonna delle Nevi, called "del Gaggio".
The village, which can be reached by car in 2 minutes from the villa, is also famous for its important gastronomic tradition, and particularly for the well-known "panigacci", a kind of bread without yeast cooked in plates of terracotta in the wood-oven and eaten together with cold cuts of the territory.
From the property guests can also reach in about 5 minutes by car the city of Aulla, offering all necessary amenities and services, and where everyday a train leaves to Monterosso, with a journey of about half an hour, to spend an unforgettable dayout discovering the splendour of Cinque Terre Area.
